Terms of Service

These terms govern the purchase and use of SaintHaus Academy courses and SaintHaus services, provided by SaintHaus LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria (UIC 208406688, VAT BG208406688), registered office at Str. Tintjava No. 9, 1113 Sofia, Bulgaria.

Course access is granted to the purchasing individual or company and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. All course materials are the intellectual property of SaintHaus LTD. Service engagements are governed by individual written agreements which take precedence over these general terms.

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria. Consumers in the EU retain all rights granted by applicable consumer-protection law.

Refund Policy

Academy Core and Operator tiers: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, provided less than 30% of course content has been accessed. Requests to team@sainthaus.bg; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Inner Circle tier: refundable within 14 days only if no 1:1 implementation session has taken place. EU consumers' statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the data needed to deliver what you bought: name, email, billing details, and course progress. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store card numbers. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except processors necessary to deliver the service (payment, hosting, email).

Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing team@sainthaus.bg. Data controller: SaintHaus LTD, Sofia, Bulgaria.
